Crown Merchant Financial LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Crown Merchant Financial”) operates crownmerchantfinancial.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you request a quote, download a guide, or book a call, we collect details you provide such as your name, phone number, email address, age range, desired coverage amount, and product interest.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies (including advertising pixels from Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, and OpenAI) that collect device information, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site (for example, which ad you clicked).

How we use your information

To respond to your quote request or guide download and provide the services you asked for.
To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to receive calls from Crown Merchant Financial at that number. We send text messages only if you opt in, by checking the SMS box on a form or agreeing on a call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on any call. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
To obtain quotes on your behalf from licensed insurance carriers.
To measure and improve our advertising (for example, telling an ad platform that a form was submitted).

How we share information

Insurance carriers: to obtain the quotes and coverage you request.
Service providers: companies that help us run the site and our business (such as website hosting, data storage, scheduling, and the advertising platforms listed above).
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and advertising

Our advertising pixels help us understand which ads lead to quote requests. Some (such as Meta’s) receive limited contact information in hashed form to match conversions. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and the ad-preference tools offered by each platform.

AI assistant connector

We offer a connector that lets AI assistants (such as Meta Muse) request a life insurance estimate and book a consultation with us on your behalf. See how it works. When you use it:

Estimates: your assistant sends us age, state, tobacco or nicotine use (yes or no), product type, coverage amount, and term length. We calculate a range and return it. We do not store these inputs.
Bookings: after you agree to our consent text, your assistant sends us your first and last name, email, phone number, state, preferred time, and optionally the estimate you received, your monthly budget, and whether you are the decision maker.
What we never collect through the connector: health history, medications, height or weight, Social Security number, date of birth, or payment information.
Where it goes: booking details are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Sheets) to schedule the call, send your confirmation, and prepare the agent. Google processes this data as our service provider. The connector itself runs on Netlify, which logs only the tool used, the outcome, your state, and timing, never your name or contact details.
Your assistant: the AI assistant you use is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy. We receive only what it sends to our two tools.
Retention: we keep booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements, then delete them. To request deletion sooner, email nquaranta@crownmerchantfinancial.com from the address you booked with and we will remove the calendar event, lead record, and related messages within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep them.

Data retention and security

We keep lead and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance record-keeping requirements. Information is stored with access controls, and we limit who can view it.

Your choices and rights

You may opt out of calls or texts at any time (reply STOP or just tell us).
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing nquaranta@crownmerchantfinancial.com.
Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
